渣男

「渣男」

是現代人用來形容壞到極透的男人詞語。

越文明的社會就會有越多看似很不錯的渣男。

或許因為女人越來越有魅力，
又或許他們就是愛挑逗女人來證明他自已的實力。

沒有個標準答案，
因為我們都是正常人，
沒能夠了解他們的思考模式。

我最佩服的就是
他們只需一把嘴就能夠脫清罪明。

如果你很不幸的有遇過渣男，
那我相信你會非常同意我接下來所想要說的話。

所謂的利嘴就是他們總有本事把錯的，
不應該的，
說成沒問題似的，
還分分鐘把問題的矛頭指向你。

因為你，所以我.....
因為你，我才......

總之，千錯萬錯都不是他的錯。

如果你吵鬧會顯得你很不大器。
如果要你閉嘴你又覺得不甘心，
因為明明這樣的一個說法或事情本就是不正確的。
但被他這麼一說你卻好像也沒辦法回嘴？

厲害吧？

最後奉勸一句，
別以為你是宇宙最強。
女人會上當只因她真的愛你。

別把別人的愛當作你玩樂的籌碼，
總有一天你會毀在你自己的手上。

Elecfixa Repair & Service Centre

Glad to announce that Elecfixa Repair & Service Centre is one of my new business!

Yessss It's one of my partnership business. 

I know everyone will pronoun it as Elecfi-ZA but it's not my pronunciation,

it pronoun as Elecfi-JE.

Don't ask me why or how, 

I've no ideas.

Simply think that is nice and suit my repair business lol 

I just went to check on the site,

thinking how should we renovate it.

am quite excited to order my working table online as local one not much choices.

Renovation part I give the full authority to my parents

as I really have not much ideas how should it be

but I insist to have a pantry for my team to have a small place to chill.

By the way, 

we are hiring sales admin who can helps to answer phone,

arrange delivery, doing some sales.

Before renovate the shop:

Resolution 2018

There's only one month left to 2018.  It's not that early if I would like to talk about my resolution 2018 right? 😆  I've had a great year, what about you? I think my Instagram really tells a good story.  From Family, Friends, Food to Travel. That's about my 2017. When it comes to 2018, there's something different and something big going to happen. I've started two new businesses, one is servicing another one is e-commerce. Me and my partner are working very hard to make our dreams come true and hope everything goes well in 2018. 

I still remember I hit 90% of my resolution 2016, but when come to 2017, I didn't really write down but luckily everything's on track and doing well. I think writing it down is better for us as to have a better vision and bring us back to track when you are lost so, I am gonna write down mine 😊  I have plenty of bucket list to complete, it will be too long if I write down all so I just list down the important ones~ 

1. Boost more sales 

I'm mainly doing e-commerce in my family business and my own selling. The market is quite bad in 2017 and we strongly believe that 2018 is going to be worse. But what I want isn't go with the bad flow but to do it even better when others think it shouldn't be done. 

2. Train a Team

A good leader will always have a team to back him/her up. Without team members for sure you cannot play a good game. This is quite challenging for me as good staff is so hard to hire and I'm not sure whether if I'm qualified to be a good leader lol 

3. Save more

This is very hard for me hahahaha I said it almost every year but still in the list lol 2017 is a great year as I earned but I spent more at the same time 😭  I bought facial machine, branded bag and travel! No Kidding, travel cost me a lot. Ouchhhh I can feel the pain nowwww

4. Get a property

I think 25 is the right age to get a property? Idk but I really want to get a property for investment purpose. I keep surveying since second half of 2017 but the price isn't that attractive so well let's see what will happen in 2018.

5. Sign Up a guitar course

Okay, this is what I didn't complete in 2017 and I hope I won't put this in list of 2019 😂
